The studio
A small practice for operators who want the work to move.
ClearPath Strategic is independent technology and automation consulting. You work directly with the person who maps the system and writes the code.
The name is the job. Companies don’t usually fail for lack of software. They fail because nobody can see the path the work actually takes — and so every new tool, hire, and “AI initiative” gets dropped onto an already overgrown trail.
We started this practice to do the unfashionable middle: sit with the work, decide what deserves a system, and then build it. Not a slide. Not a staff augmentation bench. A map, then a working path.
This is a solo, remote-first studio. That is a feature. The person in the diagnostic is the person in the repo.
How we hold the work
A few things we won’t trade away.
You own the system
Accounts, code, and documentation stay in your name. We don’t hold the path hostage with a private platform.
Plain English
If we can’t explain a recommendation without a framework diagram, it isn’t ready. The map has to be usable by the people who do the job.
Boring on purpose
Reliability beats novelty. A dull rule that runs on Tuesday is worth more than a clever demo that needs us in the room.
